Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, including all components and accessories, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
